Vastradhama Refund & Return Policy
At Vastradhama, we take immense pride in the quality and authenticity of our handloom silk sarees. Because each piece is handcrafted by master artisans, slight variations in color, texture, or weave are characteristic of the process and are not considered defects.
1. Returns and Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges only for products that are received in a damaged or defective condition.To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Requests for returns must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.
2. Refund Process: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
3. Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way cannot be accepted for return or refund. Free gifts or promotional items are not eligible for refunds.
